1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using FuelTrain, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms. Anyone under 18 should use FuelTrain only with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian.

2. What FuelTrain provides

FuelTrain provides fitness, nutrition and progress-tracking tools, educational content and optional community features. Unless a paid plan is clearly offered and purchased, the service is provided without charge. Any paid feature will show its price, billing period, key conditions and cancellation information before purchase.

3. Your account

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it results from something FuelTrain is responsible for.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use FuelTrain to break the law, harass or threaten others, publish deliberately dangerous or deceptive advice, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, scrape the service at scale, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated systems in a way that harms the service or other users.

5. Community content

You keep ownership of content you post. You give FuelTrain a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format and display that content only as needed to operate and promote the relevant service features. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except where copies must remain for legal, security, moderation or backup reasons.

You must have the right to post your content. We may review, restrict or remove content, and may suspend related features or accounts, where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law or keep the service secure. Where practical, we will explain significant action and provide a way to contact support.

6. Fitness and nutrition information

FuelTrain is a tracking and educational service, not a medical or emergency service. Calculations and content are estimates and may not suit your circumstances. Read the Health & Fitness Disclaimer before relying on any fitness, calorie, nutrition or exercise information.

7. Intellectual property

FuelTrain’s name, branding, interface, software, original written content and other service materials belong to FuelTrain or its licensors. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected parts of the service except where the law expressly allows it or we give written permission.

8. Changes, maintenance and availability

We may update features, correct errors, perform maintenance or discontinue parts of the service. We will take reasonable care to avoid unnecessary disruption and, where a change materially disadvantages users, provide reasonable notice where practical. We do not promise that the service will always be available or error-free.

9. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using FuelTrain and delete your account through Settings. We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been seriously or repeatedly breached, the service or users are at risk, or the law requires it. Immediate action may be taken for urgent safety or security reasons.

10. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

FuelTrain is responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, by inaccurate information you provide, or by using general fitness information contrary to professional advice or clear safety warnings.

FuelTrain is intended for personal use. We are not responsible for business losses such as lost profit, revenue, contracts or commercial opportunity.

11. Consumer rights

These terms do not reduce rights you have under applicable consumer law. Digital content and services must meet legal standards, including being supplied with reasonable care and skill where required.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you also keep any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. We will not use changes to remove rights already earned. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate, and the revision date will be updated.
